On a mission to change how people think about seafood, Brown Bag Seafood Co. was eager to open its newest restaurant in Willis Tower.

Communicating an “elevated seafood shack,” we met the challenge with a rope swag ceiling, brass stations with menu pails, and a custom sauce bar with dock cleat pulls.
