SGW worked with SP Engineers, Building Engineering Systems, and Crescent Rock to design a new production facility for CH Distillery. Owner, Tremaine Atkinson, hosted a grand opening party complete with great food vendors from the Pilsen community, local craft brewers, a mariachi band, and of course delicious CH cocktails.

2407 W. Eastwood is a 40 unit mixed-use TOD in Chicago’s Lincoln Square Neighborhood. These rental units are designed with recent college graduate professionals in mind, that want an urban lifestyle in a luxury unit.
Just steps from the Western Ave CTA Brown Line station, the Lincoln Square Farmers’ market, the Old Town School of Folk Music and all the retail and restaurants that Lincoln Avenue offers.
The building is designed in a contemporary style, but with traditional masonry materials. It is at once new, but also fitting into the neighborhood. The fifth floor sets back from the street to maintain a contextual massing.
SGW's 3921 N. Sheridan project received approval from The Chicago Plan Commission today. This 7-story TOD provides 120 dwelling units with retail along the ground floor. The project benefits from a reduction in parking and offers affordable housing on site.
